Composition: Each 100g contains

Colistin sulfate	50 g
Trimethoprim	5 g
Excipient q.s.f	100 g

Indication/Description:
For the treatment and prevention of infections of GI tract, or to suppress colonic flora such as colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pullorum, pasteurellosis in all animals and poultry, especially new-born animals.

Administration & Dosage:
Dissolve into drinking water or mix with feed for 3 - 5 days with the following recommended dose: 1 g / 80 kg of b.w per day or 100 g / 1600 liters of drinking water.

Withdraw 5 days before slaughter.
