COMPOSITION: Each 1g contains

Amoxicillin trihydrate	500 mg
Excipient q.s.f	1 g

INDICATIONS:
• AZ-MOXY 50S is effective against infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to amoxicillin like gastrointestinal infections, respiratory infections, urogenital infections, local inflammations and secondary bacterial infections during viral diseases with livestock.
ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE:
Oral administration via drinking water or feed with the following concentration:
• Poultry: 20g/100 litres of drinking water or 3-4g/100 kg of b.w (equivalent 15-20mg of Amoxicillin/1 kg b.w/day) for 3-5 days.
• Calves, goats, sheep: 1-2g/100 kg b.w. twice a day (equivalent 10-20mg of Amoxicillin/1kg b.w/day) for 3-5 days.
Medicated water, milk or feed should be used immediately and refreshed every 24 hours for the duration of the treatment.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Withdraw 5 days before slaughter for calves.
Withdraw 1 day before slaughter for poultry.
STORAGE CONDITION:
Keep in a dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight.
Store at room temperature.
