COMPOSITION: Each 1g contains

Doxycycline hyclate	200 mg
Tylosin tartrate	200 mg
Excipient q.s.f	1 g

INDICATIONS:
• AZ.DOXTYL 200/200 can be used for the treatment of infectious respiratory diseases such as enzootic pneumonia, bronchitis, pleuro-pneumonia; pasteurellosis in animals.
• AZ.DOXTYL 200/200 is also highly effective in treating CRD, CCRD, coryza, sinusitis, synovitis, arthritis… caused by Mycoplasma in poultry and pasteurellosis, paratyphus, dysentery and necrotic enteritis in swine.
ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE:
Oral administration via drinking water or feed with the following concentration:
• Poultry: 100g/200 liters of drinking water or 1g/10 kg of b.w for 3-5 days
• Calves, goats, sheep: 1g/20 kg b.w for 3-5 days.
• Cattle: 1g/40kg b.w for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Withdraw 7 days before slaughter.
STORAGE CONDITION:
Keep in a dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight
Store at room temperature.
