Enrofloxacin  10 g

Indications
Enrofloxacin belongs to the group of quinolones and acts bactericidal against mainly Gram-negative bacteria like Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus,... which is used for the treatment of infections caused by bacteria sensitive to enrofloxacine such as respiratory diseases caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, intestinal and genital diseases caused by Escherichia coli in poultry as well as complication of infections in respiratory and GI tract of poultry: CRD, complex-CRD, colisepticaemia, salmonellosis, chlora, pasteurellosis, avian coryza, stress.
Admistration and dosage
Dissolve into drinking water with the following concentration
- Poultry
• Average dose: 1 ml/10 kg of b.w (10 mg/1 kg of b.w) or
1000 ml/ 2000 litres (equivalent to 1 ml per 2 liters) of drinking water, for 3 - 5 consecutive days.
• For the treatment of Colibacillosis or Salmonellosis for 5 - 7 consecutive days. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated after 5 days.
- Calves, lambs, cattle
Average dose: 0,5ml/10 kg b.w for 3 days. Dose may be increased to 5 mg/kg for 5 days for salmonellosis and complicated respiratory disease.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
Withdrawal period
Withdraw 8 days before slaughter in poultry, cattle.
Storage
Keep in dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight
Store in room temperature.
