Indication:
Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) belonging to the oxicam family, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties. Meloxicam can treat anti-inflammatory, acute analgesic and chronic musculoskeletal diseases, respiratory tract infection, acute mastitis, diarrhea, sepsis in cattle, and equine.
MEKABAMIN is perfectly safe for pregnant and lactating animals.
Administration and Dosage:

• Cattle: I.V or S.C injection 0.5mg meloxicam/kg b.w (equivalent to 2.5ml/100 kg b.w) in combination with antibiotic therapy or with oral re-hydration therapy, as appropriate.
• Horses: I.V injection 0.6 mg meloxicam/ kg b.w (equivalent to 3.0ml/100 kg b.w).

Withdrawl Period:
Cattle: Withdraw 5 days before milk collection / Withdraw 15 days before slaughter.
Horses: Withdraw 5 days before slaughter.
Storage
Keep in dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight.
Store in room temperature.
