Indications
Enrofloxacin belongs to the group of quinolones and acts bactericidal against mainly Gram-negative bacteria like Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus,... which is used for the treatment of infections caused by bacteria sensitive to enrofloxacine such as respiratory diseases caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, intestinal and genital diseases caused by Escherichia coli in poultry as well as complication of infections in respiratory and GI tract of poultry: CRD, complex-CRD, colisepticaemia, salmonellosis, chlora, pasteurellosis, avian coryza, stress.
Administration and dosage
Dissolve into drinking water with the following concentration.
• Cattle, Sheep, Calf: 1 ml/10 kg b.w (20 mg/kg b.w) of drinking water, for 3-5 consecutive days.
• Poultry: 1.000 ml/10 tons b.w (equivalent to 1ml/10 kg b.w) of drinking water, for 3-5 consecutive days.
• Small chick: 1000 ml/4000 litres (equivalent to 1ml/4 liters) of drinking water, for 3-5 consecutive days.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
Withdrawal period
Withdraw 8 days before slaughter in poultry, cattle.
Storage
Keep in dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight
Store in room temperature.
