Indication/Discription:
Colistin is an antibiotic from the group of polymyxins with a bactericidal action against Gram-negative bacteria like E. coli, Haemophilus and Salmonella. Colivet-S treats gastrointestinal infections caused by colistin sensitive bacteria like Escherichia Coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas in calves, goats, poultry and swine.
Administration & Dosage:
Dissolve into drinking water or mix with feed, for 3 - 5 days.
Swine, goat, cattle: 10 g / 150 kg of b.w/ day.
Poultry: 10 g / 100 kg of b.w/ day or 100 g / 200 liters of water.
Withdrawal period:
Withdraw 7 days before slaughter.
