Amoxicilline trihydrate	20 g
Colistin sulfate	25.0000.000 IU
Excipient q.s.f	100 g

For the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by bacterial infection in livestock, including pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia caused by Hemophilus influenza, Colibacillosis, bacterial diarrhea, staphylococcosis, pasteurelosis, and salmonella, pneumonia, CRD, coryza, colibacillosis, staphylococcosis in poultry and swine.

Oral administration via drinking water or feed, for 3 - 5 days with the following recommended concentration:

Poultry:

Swine: 1 g / 20 kg of b.w twice daily or 100 g / 50 kg of feed.

Withdraw 5 days before slaughter.
